About Us

Almost every martial arts school claims to be different from the rest, and the truth is, they all are. What sets Blue Wolf apart is how we back up what we claim. We are a family oriented school. Our traditions dictate it. 'Sihing' means 'Big Brother' in Southern Chinese martial arts, and that is a title founder Sihing Arryn Leigh Cox strives to uphold through every class, every lesson, and every interaction with each and every one of our families.

Sihing Arryn first dreamt of starting his own martial arts school in his teen years, and founded Blue Wolf after almost 15 years of studying martial arts. The commitment of the school and its teachers is to not only pass on the moves of each style, but also to teach the lessons that martial arts have to offer to improve your everyday life. Each art shares the same values and philosophies that can make us fitter, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. If taught and studied correctly, martial arts make us better people. That is our goal for every one of our students.
